Thelast entry you wrote is trully beautiful.
I agree that this realization is very benificial for many reasons. First, it afords compassion both for your self and for those who you recognize are conditioned in the same ways. It allows you to love them more deeply and not to react with such force and ego.
Second, If you know its not your true self, its easier to let go of. :)
