I'm going on this official government trip to assist the Vietnam Ministry of Fisheries (MoFI) with the development of a network of marine protected areas (MPAs) along the coast, specifically, Cu Lau Cham, Nha Trang, and Phu Quoc Island.

I hope to maintain this travelogue along the way so family and friends can vicariously experience this fascinating place.
