Hello!
I successfully completed my 1st year of medical school and I´m back in Cape Verde. This time, I am doing a summer research project in the Center for Reproductive Health in the capital of CV. My research is about pregnant women´s knowledge and perception of HIV risk.
Last year, I spent four months in CV volunteering in two hospitals and learning about the health care system before begining medical school in August.
I have kept the stories I wrote last year and will be adding new ones as I feel inspired. Thank you to all of you who have contacted me since I began this travel journal.
