Thanks Zilla, I love my photos as always too!
Sam, I've not yet gone to the festival, it's in about a months time. I'm really looking forward to it though, it should be a blast. I'm coming back to Australia in time for my father's 60th birthday ion the 14th of November so I can tell you all of my stories again then. |

Hey, thanks for the postcard! I got it on Friday. Kilimanjaro! it reminds me of Toto.. "sure as kilimanjaro rises like olympus above the serengeti".
Hmm yes.
The concert sounds rad - how was it? and when are you coming home? |

Thanks Samantha, you're the only one. It's gone now though. I'm offically clean shaven, for today. I think shaing once every three months will suit me just fine. Send me your address and I'll send you a postcard. |

Hey - Remember me? I was on the Sossusvlei tour with you in Namibia. Anyhow, great blog, love the pictures! I could have sworn I saw you twice on Zanzibar and now I'm convinced it was you. Sorry I didn't say hello, but they were two very quick sightings and were over before I could react. Once I saw you zooming past on a scooter while I was in a minivan going in the opposite direction towards Stone Town from Kendwa Beach (I don't know how I managed to recognize you!). Another time was just walking around Stone Town. Now I'm back home in Hong Kong and it's weird staying in one place. I'm glad you guys are still out there exploring Africa! Hope you guys have a great time! |

Thanks for my doors of Zanzibar post card - and also the one from Namibia which arrived at the start of the week! New job going well and so far so good. I have been out to see some of our land developments which are those new housing estates like Manor Lakes, Rose Grange etc on the fringe of the city suburbs. We also build houses on them or anywhere else so i've been able to see some display homes.
Tomorrow I'm going for afternoon tea at the Langham - cant wait, it has a chocolate buffet!
Hope you are enjoying the time with Dad there and especially the safari which i think you are on at the moment. |
