The pictures look pretty impressive.Syria and Jordan are on my list of places to visit, but at the bottom, I am not very tolerant of Arabs. Jon Sleigh has just departed URS and put me onto the site.It is somewhat strange, but I have not left these little Islands for for 8 months, and then only for a couple of days.Good luck on the rest of the trip home, I will keep a look out on the website.
