Being on a jury is quite gd.I got to go home at quarter past one. Mwahahaha. I cannot tell u anymore than that cos tis all a big secret. Hehe. Next i am gonna try all ur beautiful clothes on to see which ones i can steal for a little while so they don't feel abandoned. I'm so considerate. I think i speak for evry1 when i say- get some pitchers going on! I wanna know wat china looks like. Spotted any roundabouts??

Hello my darling, its soo good to hear from you i love this website it's a perfect way to keep up to speed with you being in China.
Glad to hear you have made friends see i told you, you would and i hope they are lovely and full deserve your wonderful company.
You are definetly missed here especially in the wonderful world of Tesco House. It's the begining of a mailing period so its going to get busy and i keep looking over my computer to roll my eyes at you but youre not there.
There is not a lot of gossip that i know about after all most of the work gossip came from you anyway.
You lost your phone cardy thing awww shell thats rubbish o well i guess ill have to actually write a letter for the first time in a very long time.
must go my phone is being very inconsiderate and keeps beaping and dave is way to close to skive on not ready- not that i'd do that of course.

SHHHEELLLY!! Wow after watching out for your first journal entry since thursday (though why i thought there might be one when you were probably on a plane all that day i don't know...)you have surpassed yourself in providing two! Wooo well done! Good to hear that you arrived safely my dear, but me thought you were in some place beginning with Shang... not Beijing!? Or are you moving on there at a later date? What are your plans for the next few days?
Life is going ok at the moment. Went out for a Chinese/Indian meal last night at Mujib's in Cardiff with Heath friends which was very nice, though not used to eating three course, mixed meals at almost twelve at night! How many hours before/ahead are you from us?
My job is apparently changing tomorrow, so they told me friday! I'll still be doing the same thing but will be doing more stuff too and be more involved in the Proposal team. And swapping desks with Sophie. She wasn't in on Friday so she will be finding that out tomorrow morning - argh! Her desk is opposite Ryan's, and from my deductive reasoning I don't think either of them are going to be too pleased about it!! Ah well.
Canna think of any exciting gossip to pass on to you at the moment. Haven't seen anyone since Thurs yet.
What are you living in at the mo, and is it in typical city surroundings? That might be a stupid question since you're in Beijing i dunno lol.

Soooo nice to get your message and then just when I thought it couldn't get any better - you phoned! It's been a good day and it's only 10.30 am!
Nothing exciting to report here and definitely no gossip but Nic and Bert arrived safely on Friday. To celebrate Dad washed him (Bert that is!)on Saturday and don't die of shock but he actually washed our car too! I did my bit and hoovered. Spent a typical Saturday walking Amber etc and have much the same in store today. No team bonding exercises for us and no chicken's feet - thank goodness!
Grandpop phoned last night asking if you'd arrived safely and how things were going. He'd looked up the temperature in Beijing and I have instructions to keep him informed of the sort of food you're served so please keep me up to date with the delicacies you're offered. They sound intriguing!
It's really strange to think our Sunday has just begun and yours is drawing to a close. I say 'good morning' to you each night as I go to bed.
So glad you've managed to find some 'less wierd' companions. It takes all sorts! Take care of yourself and build up those muscles for carrying the rucksack! Beware the 'free' signs.

Hey shelly! Tis citing to talk to you on the phone when u r in China so very far away. It is gd that there are some nice ppl for you to talk to. Learnt any chinese yet? I am glad that i don't have to write ur address in chinese to send u a letter or who knows where it would end up!
Bert was a gd boy on the long journey from hull. He even went in the super fast lane cos silly lorries kept trying to overtake each other. prft.
Anyway i will write u another more citing post if i get on a jury. Keep having some fun and cake and free alcohol.
