Hi Steve/Hannah, Hope you are both ok? We are still following your journey & reading all the updates of places you've been, sounds like the mountain climbing was a bit of a struggle, how much weight have you lost? must be worth the effort when you reach the top!! I have tryed to register with facebook Steve but it will not recognise my server (tesco) how embarrasing! so we cant get in to it. Sukie & Michelle have both found you & Hannah on there so you can always email them. Its over 2 months now since you left, its going really quickly but i miss you both very much!! Everyone is making plans for Christmas, cant wait to hear all about your adventures. Where are you now? We have had some prawns from Pete, Martijn didnt like the look of them & Grandad cant peel them any more so i have to do his & mine!! We went fishing off of the marines base & caught 8 Bass (bit small) & 3 wrass, which were full of bones! but not bad for our first fishing trip! Im sure you will be out there with Martijn when you get back! Everyone alright N & G send their love. Weather dull & drizzly but not to cold yet. Cheries 16th Birthday on Fri so all up to the new Chinese Buffet on the Quay, you will love it!! then going to watch Simon play rugby on Sat. Hope you are still enjoying every minute. TAKE CARE. Love you both... xxxxxx

Hi Steve/Hannah, We are so relieved that the truck has finally arrived!! we were getting VERY worried that you might take off on your own!! Hopefully now you can relax & enjoy, must have been very frustrating for you!! So you have celebrated the Millenium twice now? Thats a story for the grandchildren!! but not yet!!! The truck journey sounds very scarey, I think i may have shared your world record post Steve, I know the driving can be mental, came near to bailing out whilst driving up the side of a mountain in Turkey!! Well at least you can see out of the windows now, if they've been blown out!! Was chatting to Russ at Wareham & he has given me a number for you to call him when you get to Cape town & he will arrange to meet up with you if you would like to? We have bought a boat Steve!! 17ft Wilson Flyer, bright orange. Brand new hull, this year, & as clean as a whistle. Been out in her already, loads of fun!! N & G all ok, took them for a quick ride in her aswell! Weathers been lovely here, & now on holiday for 2 weeks.. Enjoy yourselves, TAKE CARE, miss you both.. Love you.. xxxxxxxxxxxx

Hello Steve/Hannah, Hope you are both well? Hows Hannahs tummy now, better? Think of those skinny jeans you will be wearing at Christmas Hannah!! Wondering if the lorry has arrived to collect you all yet? Hope everything has been sorted out? It would be such a shame to miss anything. Sounds like your tour guide should look for another job!! Thankyou for the postcard, looks wonderful, dont think i could dive with fish that big Steve!! i would forget to breath!! Thanks also from N & G they had one 2. Whats the weather doing now, its good that you experience a bit of everything Steve, & nice to be a bit cooler aswell. We are having a little heatwave at the moment, its been very hot & muggy for about 2 weeks now & no sign of it ending yet. Steve & Michelle had a lovely day for their Wedding on Sat, saw Jonny Redbull all suited up, he looked lovely. Im sure they must have missed you.. Had a lovely bbq at Carla & Lees on Sat eve, everyone there, really good night & no hangover!! N & G all ok, lawn mower Still not fixed grass now 6ft high!! apparently he now likes it long, "you get more wild life in the garden" Bless!! Nothing new, all ok, no worries. Miss you like CRAZY!! please take care both of you. Love you xx

Hello Steve/Hannah, Hope you are both well? thinking of you. Sorry to hear that your tour guide is a bit slow & your journey is a week behind schedule, how frustrating!! does that mean that you will have to miss anything? We are wondering if your truck has finally showed up? Really hope everything is ok?? Where are you now? Oh guess what.. the Co Op in Hamworthy got burnt down!! arson.. looks a right mess, the whole of the roof is gone. Shame for the local old folk, no other shops anywhere! Had a great day at the Steam Rally, met N & G there & had a good look around. Took us an hour to find the car in the car park field, pitch black!! even though Martijn had put a glow stick on the arial. All ok here, still nice weather although getting cold at night now, Autumn nearly here. N & G all ok, lawn mower still not fixed, grass 2ft high now!!! Love you both, take care & enjoy yourselves..

Hey, So it sounds like everythings going like clockwork. Sorry its taken a while but these 100 hour weeks are murder, I keep coming home, swithcing the PC on and falling asleep before it boots up. So youve decided to trade the Pug in for a camel when you get home eh, like the pic but I notice hannah was still reluctent to let go of both hands!your room doesnt look too bad although noisey air con isnt good, sleep or sweat, which is more important? Anyway take care you two, speak soon Devo

hello hans and steve can tell steve is in charge of the journal, have read so far with enjoyment. amy now has a new word that she shouts repeatedly "camel" with a occasional anna or steve thrown in. B and G are at caravan with G and G whalley so we are haveing a less demanding w/end. Ians with u on the camel ride hans, as u know he is not at one with nature and i often have to save him from the duck in the park. keep haveing fun drag her into doing everything steve. and if you ever feel your missing work a bit u can always correct the spelling and grammer as i have done this without ians help! Hope u can understand it. love etti and amy. XXX

Hi, steve and hannah. Sorry I missed phoning you before you left. I read your journal with amusement, as you know i was in cairo in feb. this year it was hot enough then. and yes the driving is very bad, about the same in india! I thought hannah was brave riding on the cammal. You must try an elephant, if you can, later in your travels. Love to you both. Keep slapping on the sun cream! A.P. xxx
