hi scottie and sarah, after all this time, 1st look at your web site. only enough time to look at a handful of pix, and just breezed thru the central vietnam journal to relive times from a few months ago. will check in for more later. spent my final month of travel all in mcleod ganz/daramsala area of north india. am now back stateside, spent only 10 days home in houston, before coming up to cleveland for the whole of july, staying w/ my folks, as i start the job hunt, in between family events this month. sure miss you guys. if i could redesign my trip, i probably would close up my apartment and travel a whole year, too. and after india, probably would've gone to australia, where you would have had to play me in criss-cross on the travelers route all over again! stay well, and try to stay on the seat of any motor scooter you might ride on. brad

Hey there you two. Scott be careful you are having so much bad luck! That's twice you crashed your bike, how is your neck after your crazy drunken jump, and is your gastro-intestinal tract better. I think you have been sick more days on your trip than you have been healthy. Glad the tan is developing nicely for you both any sunburn problems if not that could be next for you two. That is so nice about your friends upcoming wedding, congrats to them. You guys are all over the place, Vietnam sounds really great glad you are enjoying try to stay healthy. I enjoyed your last guestbook message about getting in the freezer etc. Sarah the tailor experience sounds pretty cool I look forward to seeing pictures of the dress. Pat and I finished our second trek and laid around for 3 days after it in our hotel with a T.V. for the first time in the 6 months of traveling we had a T.V. in our room. So we watched an abundance of movies, BBC and had way to many homemade chocolate chip cookies from a local bakery in the little town we stayed in.

hey you two. wow you guys are busy! sounds like you are having a blast and seeing so much. hopefully by the time you read this you are both well. i have to admit though after all of sarahs ailments while we were with you, scott you were due. unfortunately i did not get away without getting sick either. spending two long nights in below freezing temperatures in a squat outhouse with mild food poisoning was not fun. i am just lucky my butt did not get frostbite, as you said in your journal entry scott "i won't go into detail" except nothing stayed down or in. we are thoroughly enjoying Nepal and just completed a 20 day trek. continue having fun and take care.
