Welcome to the SCECGS Redlands Japan trip travel journal 2005. Last year we had a very successful trip. This year we have ten students aged 10-14 being accompanied by three members of staff. We are flying into Tokyo and then travelling via Kyoto to Hiroshima.

So this is a picture of the team the first time we all got together. The staff Ms T, Ms G and Mr S all agreed that the students had a great attitude and we were going to have a excellent time travelling together.

Well here we are home again, the trip is now over and it feels strange not having people around me. This trip has been an absolute pleasure for myself and the other staff. The students have been fantastic. Adventurous, Lots of fun to be around, and very kind to each other and to us. We couldnt have asked for a better bunch so well done guys.

Please feel free to use the guestbook and look around the journal, but i have disconnected the email.

Thanks to Ms T and Ms S for all the hard work they put in to make this happen. It ran so well. Also thanks to Bill OB for his technical advice. You might like to visit his website from last year at:
