A particularly entertaining entry, my dear. What a shame that you can't find a cool, high-paying gig in Portland! Now, if you want to move to a not-so-cool place and earn more than you're getting now (!) working part time for a nonprofit, I might be able to help...In the meantime, I miss you! |

Funny how I end up in your Portland while I enter Indonesia Lombok on Google and click through a few pages :) Nice journey! |

Make sure you head down to Whole Foods on Sunny Sundays as they have been known to spontaneously have free grilling in the parking lot. And I mean good shit too.
By the way, this guest book is a pain in the ass. Now I have to give an accurate location? WTF?? Yes, this is the worst I've ever used in my life. Let's try again again again. Why the fuck can't it be verified?????? |

Oh man, I don't even want to get into a discussion about the University Health at Rutgers. Madison, as in almost every category, is far superior.
If it makes you feel better, I dropped my apple today when leaving the house. It rolled down the street and under a parked car. When I retrieved it, it was covered with black liquid. I'm gonna eat it anyway. |

Sash, oh poor poor Sash. I am afraid your liberal tendencies are quite troubling. Perhaps a good debate is in order, maybe I can re-educate you. Clearly you've been lead astray. Who can blame you though, you're from the same liberal Northeast as I and have been indoctrinated since you were justa little girl. The time you spent in SA didn't help either. I'm here for you, whenever you may feel the need to expand your mind.

Hmmm. I'm not sure how I feel about that picture being up, you saying you didn't have fun, and that CT sucks. OK, that last part is pretty fair so I'll give you that, but I contend that my presence alone, not to mention breaking out into a song (even if I didn't know the words), means that the chalk mark is clearly in the "good times" column ;) |

Ha ha ha Hanukkah Man!!! Well, best of luck to you Sasha. You sell yourself too short with your writing ability, as I've told you before. I, unlike your green pillow, remain positive about your prospects. Good luck and happy holidays :)

"I want to know; do the places we go change who we are? Or do we mold our landscapes? And what -really- is worthwhile in the quotidian?" I have thoughts around this... Unfortunately, they must wait as I am on the verge of a mssive slumber! Good to hear from you again.

A very nicely written Epilogue Sasha. Glad to know you didn't fall
into some hole in South America (literally and figuratively). I really
pang for life back home at times, but looks like I'm in it down here for
the long haul. Anyway, I wish you all the best on your future travels,
be them local or abroad. |
