Wonderful to have you home, great stories and fabulous photos (which should be in an exhibition)! You have made us all want to see particularly Uganda, so watch this space! Mairi xx

It was great to speak to you on Sunday night Ryan but unfortunately Dad changed his sim card the next morning and lost your number. So we are unable to call you in Uganda. Could you please let me know your number there. When will you be back in Kenya? Will you use your old number then? Tamara and I arrived back in the UK on Tuesday after an amazing time in the Congo but are glad to be home. Let me know the time of your arrival on the 28th. I will try to juggle my work so that I can pick you up from the airport. Miss you so much and can't wait to see you, see all your photos, hear about your whole trip and of course see those Landrover tyre sandals. Lots of love Mum xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Guys, Apols for taking sooo long to drop you a line, but was trying to think of something original and witty. I'm so proud of you for siezing the opportunity to give something back to those less fortunate. The blogs and pics are fab, and it seems like your having a ball despite the conditions. Can't wait to see you both to truly catch up. Give those adorable children a great big hug from me. You are both a great inspiration to me to get off my lazy butt and do something positive. Well done. Take care, lol (Sam) xx

Hi Em & Ryan - hope you are still having fun in Zanzibar and enjoying the scenery and the life there! We had a great time when we were there spending sometime in Stone Town and on the island of Mnemba, where we did some diving etc - brings back some fab memories. You both however need to take heed of what your Dad says Ryan - it is very good advice. We have had a lovely sunny week in the UK (for a change) - Harry and I were at Mairi's house on Sunday afternoon which was lovely as always! New bambino has not turned up yet but, if it doesn't come soon, I think i will explode! Mairi is on standby for emergency phonecalls and hand holding duties at any time of the day or night.....Harry is off skiing with the school in a weeks time which he is looking forward to and at least that will keep him away from crying babies for a week!!! Take care of yourselves - we all say "hi" and look forward to reading more about your adventures in due course! Keep safe and don't get bitten! love Ali, Phillip & Harry xxx

Hey Ryan & Emily, Nice Stories and Beautifull beach. It is normal for them to try to get more money from foreigners, in your negotiations about prices you can tell them that you are students and you do not have money in a friendly way, they do understand that most of the time and please use anti moustiquos spray in your room or the smoking spiral anti moustiquos which burns all night(very cheap)if you are not allergique to it. You are having some wonderfull experiences, Keep up with your stories and pictures, I love it. Please do not stay in too isolated places where you are on your own without families around you. Je t'aime beaucoup xxxxxxx Papa
