Hiya mate,
I just want to say that every single one of your pictures are amazing!!! you've done a good job there! looks like you had a fantastic experience!
I'm off round S.E Asia and Australia for a year in less than 2 months time so the more I see, the more I get anxious!
Thank you for your pictures, if I have half as good a time as it looks like you had, I will be very happy!

Hi David
Thanks for the photographs and your cards. It was a lovely surprise and nice to hear of your exploits on a grey (but not cold!!)
English November day. (Saving the snow for your return, already getting very cold this last few days, -8 tonight) Sure you want or need to return to the UK?? you seem to be having such a great time. No doubt mom will be pleased to see you in one piece.
Have viewed the beautiful photograph on your site today. The whole of New Zealand looks lovely am trying to talk Sarah into taking me back packing.... No joy.....
Take care of yourself and make the most of it which I'm sure from your journals you are.
Love
Sandra, Richard, Sarah and Bruce

Grrrr.... Arrrrgg....... has the Hellmouth opened already??? Have I missed it??? Where else could you have disappeared to?!?! Where are the updates bro! |

David, you are neglecting your secret agent duties by not regularily updating your journal entries and not nearly enough photographic evidence has been taken for my liking. I suggest that you stop cavorting and start working. Over and Out. |

Hey Dave how's it going? You lucky sod - I've been reading your journals and looking at your pictures - makes me wish I was back in the land down under.
Glad to hear you've been checking out the Aussie Rules - it is pleasantly violent - it makes rugby seem like a game of pass the parcel! Brisbane Lions are my team - let me know how they are getting on.
Speaking of Sport - Bristol City are setting league one alight - a goaless draw at home to Doncaster was swiftfully followed by a 1-0 away defeat to the mighty Huddersfield.
Nothing much happening with me - still at Burges Salmon etc etc - going to see Iron Maiden at the end of the month so that should be a laugh.
Cheers for the postcard my man - much appreciated. Glad you're having the time of your life - keep me posted. No emails from you?? mikehfmckenzie@macunlimited.net or michael.mckenzie@burges-salmon.com
Anyway - have to go, keep in touch and have fun!

Never give up. Never surrender. Hello bro, am safe and sound and so are the rest of the family. Fortunately opted not to go to College to look for jobs that day. Everything still carries on as normal. Life in the Palace is cool and with great weather! Is the oft-maligned British summer trying to cheer us all up? If so, it's succeeding :) Right then off to look for more work, though it is hard to concentrate - I wanna go chuck a disc around! Also, any budding lawyers reading this page in need of a paralegal or trainee? (yes blatant opportunism i know - but you can't knock me for trying :p) It's good to read your latest update dude - soundz like you're haveing an excellent time! Will be in touch later for a longer chat. Take care and stay safe, Shon p.s. where are the rest of you guys? Yep, you! the ones reading this! I know who you are - leave a note and say hi! Sx |

(Bahamas???.... I wished!!!!)
Hey! I was glad to hear from you and know that you wont be sleeping in the streets of Melbourne! :)
Really nice idea this travel journal!
Everything's about the same here. The news are that, if things go as I plan (realllllly hope so), I will be moving to England in January on a European volunteer program. I'm already doing some mental preparation for the British winter!!!! Grrrrrrr!
Take care! |

'Now we are free...'. Dude it's finally over!!! The holiday has begun! A big shout out from the now completely free of exams Crystal Palace Massive! Hope that your apartment/job search is progressing nicely and life is beautiful down under. Melbourne looks like quite a funky city with a cool mix of old and new. I've also got a mission instead - find out what business owns the skyscraper with the triangular shape - I've gotta bet on that it's a Chinese one! |

Hey Andy, hope life on the beach is treating you well. So now it seems you finally got your boat, hopefully one day I'll be able to join you there. The ocean must be so much better compared to your brief swim in the Royal River I am now three quarters through my stretch at the Penetentiary and will be going up for parole again on thursday, I'm certain this time they'll set me free! Anyways, its good to hear that you're ok and having a great time. I shouldn't have any problems getting into Australia do you think - surely they won't mind one more ex-con over there? All the best, Your friend, Red. |
