My freind and I plan to visit some freinds in Ghana very soon and it was nice to see some of the things and areas that they talked about and took pics in front of. I feel like know Ghana already | | | | Penoir,
I believe that you had a good time and fun at Mankessim. I am a native from Mankessim and currently live in the States. I am self-financing a community centre in the town. It is currently under construction at Estate near the Estate Church of Pentecost building. Do you know of any friend or organization that will like to support in kind or cash? Part of the centre is a library, so books and computers are welcomed.
Remember, teach a man how to fish, so that he can feed a nation.... the goal of my organization, the CENTRE FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT & SOCIAL CHANGE,GHANA.
Any support send direct to:

| | | | Hi Penny and Laura
Sounds like you are having a fab time. Can't wait to see the pictures. Hope all the kids liked the toys you took over. Can't believe they took up most of your 30kilos !!
We are having a heatwave here. It may even be hotter than Ghana !!
Have fun and speak soon.
Vickie | | | | Hi Penny & Laura,
It sounds like you are both having a fab time. I thought I'd drop you a quick line to let you know that at least a few of us are keeping track of your adventures. Keep the stories coming, but try to avoid more encounters with the local police, or we might have to get the embassy involved to get you out!
Have a fab time.
