Hey! So I reached Shanghai safely...I can't sign into this travel journal so I am just going to leave a message for myself: I JUST found internet cafe access near the Expo Village. IT's a 15 mintute walk, which is not too bad. The weather here is quite terrible. Rainy and cold...I miss the 80 degree weather that we just had back in NY. Hopefully next time I can get access to some sites when I use the wireless on my laptop. Do you ever feel get the feeling of feeling independent/free?? When I was walking down the streets to get here (right after our 6 hour training session today) I got that feeling. It's the best thing...to feel free and asking people for directions because you are exposed to a new area with a new and diverse (kinda) group of people...can't wait for everything to really start!!

Hey Christina, i hope you're having fun in London, if you want to try a different club, we went to Zoo Bar when we went to London for sophomore international experience it was really fun, and they play a lot of the same music as over here....just an idea

I didn't notice one particular Chinese restaurant. However, there are many surrounding Trafalgar square which look interesting. There are also some Japanese and Korean restaurants which are in the surrounding areas.
