Hi Shaun and Missie, So sorry to hear that you were so sick, Missie. Are you feeling better yet? You are certainly having quite the adventures (boxing, bike crashes..), start just laying around on the beaches for the next while, hopefully nothing too 'wild' will happen (like some see animal jumping out at you!) and you will recuperate. You know, just enjoy the sun and food for awhile!! Shaun, did you figure out how to access the private email on this site? I have sent you another one. Love, your dear mother and father!! |

Hi Missy & Shaun
Sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. I hope you start to feel better soon. We went to Shirley funeral today. Lots of people from Peace Hills there, they asked about you. It was a beautiful service. They played her favorite song which is The Dance, by Garth Brooks. Was very touching. She is now at peace and no longer in pain.
Your pictures are absolutely beautiful. What a great vacation, a trip of a lifetime and filled with wonderful memories. I hope you can stock up on some water and start feeling better soon.
Dad is doing ok since his tests, will talk to you about it when you call. Nothing to worry about.
Not much news around here. We sure do miss you. Not sure if we are going away in Aug, will keep you posted. The month of July is passing fast.
Remember the birthdays, Grandma, Aunt Judy's is Aug 2. Take care dear. Love you.

Hi Missy and Shaun - We arrived back in Halifax on Thursday. Had a great time with all the Cape Bretoners. Just finished reading your latest journal and hope you are feeling better by now. Though the smoking was going to be gone forever....The pictures are fantastic, really enjoyed looking at them - especially Shaun and the monkey, the monkey looked great in those sun glasses - he looks like your twin! Grandad is doing very well. The trip has been wonderful for him. Make sure you start drinking more bottled water. We'll be waiting to see how you're feeling. Hope you're feeling better soon. Hi you two, loved those pics! Lucky you to have held monkeys and tigers - my two favority animals! The hanging monkey is too funny, and that orangutan with the shades leaning on Shaun is great. Did he stink? Hey Marc, you must be attracting a whole lot of girls with that lovely smile! But I am sure they are mesmerized by your brilliant blue eyes! Really great photos, keep posting them! |

Hey Shaun that reminds me of the time in grade 8 when you convinced me to go helmets & gloves in your backyard? I think I dropped after about 2 minutes. Well you are going to gave to give me some lessons. Anyway dont do any more crazy things otherwise both of your mom's are going to ground you when you get back. |

Just so everyone knows. Shaun really did beat that irishman like something fierce. Mrs Maslyk I will take care of your boy. He's my little steam boat. I shall tend to him and put Aloe Vera on his browning skin. The 4 of us have an amazing time together and it was really nice having another little piece of home to spend time with. To Shaun and Missies families as an outsider from the couple they are doing very well, they care for each other a lot and it shows. I'm so happy to be able to travel with them if even for a little while.
Shaun and Missie, just so you know, I was very excited to see you both. But now that you're here, I'm tired of you and you can go home hahah JUST KIDDING. I am going to jump on your bed in a minute. |
