Dude. Nice hat! I presume they are your tassels and not newly fashioned french plats. Don't they have hair gel in Nepal? Your mad bus journey made me chuckle. Reminds of one time in Tanzania, I'm sure I had socks older than the driver. Must have missed the safety briefing... Anyway, Gaz and I have booked our flights to Shanghai for June. Can't wait! Warn me which bars you get evicted from! Rave safe.

Guten Morgen Mike, good to hear from you. It's great to see you are doing well. Make sure you visit Chitwan Jungle Lodge and Tom and Jerry Pub in Kathmandu. Don't worry if you don't get above 5000m in the Himalaya. That's far too demanding for an Englishman...(apart from maybe Edmund Hillary, but he was a Kiwi). It's all good in Stuttgart. Take care, have fun and ...malaka. THE GOLDEN BOOT

Mikey Mike! OMG get me one of those hats!! Looks like you are having a spendid time. I am particulary proud of your IT prowess. I have taught you well. Still working on a cunning plan to get myself shipped over in a crate so we can have a few beers in a mountain side bar. Hope all is well my good man. Missing you loads. Its tough back here at home with the daily slog, boring work, watching smally make his millions. See what u have left me with! :( Take good care of yourself. LnHugs Pauly!

Hi Mike Glad to see you've survived the trip to Hetauda - ours to Seville and back seems very tame in comparison. Hope to speak to you in the next few days Lots of love M & D

Hi Mike, Mum forwarded your e-mail to me and I forwarded it to Dan Kent! I am sooo jealous. Nepal is fantastic isn't it? You will love the trek - get up Poon Hill for sunrise! Any questions or help you need out there, just contact my mum. You will never be stranded. If you get to Pokhara you must meet up with a friend of mine. All the very best. Hannah
