Wow, I must admit I am jealous. These pictures are amazing, and the experiences you have had are so enviable. I too would like to know how you did it. I also agree that you could certainly lead seminars or write a book -- your skills are that good. :) Keep up the great work. I can't wait to read the next update. Have a great time for those of us stuck in the mundane office life.

Just looking through other travelers blogs. I too moved to a country which I don't understand the language. Its fun to read about other people dealing with the same issues. Good Luck!

Dear Mala, our illusionary idea of success is indeed not very healthy. I found your blog looking for info on Bolivia and Peru. We're looking for a nice experience, and doubt between Thailand-Cambodia or Peru. Maybe you could give us some tips? I just went to Tibet : here some pics : shen.be Kind regards Frederic fre at shen.be

Well, I came across your travel journal by accident - I'm heading to New Zealand for a couple of months on a working holiday visa and I was looking for ideas. But as a fellow amateur photographer, I was really impressed with your photos and I found myself looking at the rest of your destinations, some of which I've been to myself (isn't the Cinque Terre just the most romantic place on earth?). Anyway, I started wondering if it could possibly be ONE trip because you were all over the globe but then I realized you must have done one of those around-the-world plane tickets. How did that work out? Still, all those places in a 4 month time period seems insane! Kudos to your stamina!

Hi! Your pictures are fantastic. Keep making those memories. Enjoy your next trip. You really should consider writing a book and giving seminars. You definitely have a gift for writing and taking the pictures that tell your story.

Wow I am impresssed with all the travelling. I'm glad to see that you're enjoying life. I think you need to stop in Croatia. I can't say that I have been having quite as an exciting time but I did have a few beers with Jimmy Nichols last night.

I happened upon your travel journal in a google search for photos of Valparaiso, and I was thoroughly mesmerized by your tales of round-the-globe travels. Um, let me know if you decide to teach a seminar on how to quit the office day job for a much more pleasant lifestyle of traveling and broadening one's horizons. I would love to know how you did it because I am in the place where I am trying to discover how to make it a reality, if I don't just straight up move overseas.
