Kate...are you done there yet? We need help down south after hurricane Katrina. Maybe you could teach us how to hitch-hike...gas is over $3 now. Great pictures. I'm impressed that you got to see the president (not that I'm thrilled with ours :) School has opened here and is crazier than it has ever been with a new computer system, feeder patterns and building construction. How do they do school there? The simpler life seems alot more attractive now! |

Hey kate! Sounds like things are getting better :) i love to see all the pictures and read the stories. do you feel more comfortable with the language? Can you speak fluently yet? Just starting grad school here in the burg. Summer ended too fast! We all miss you! |

Dear Kate, You are such a Bulak Malai Mutin! We are really enjoying hearing about all your adventures and the different people you are meeting. We saw a lot of the Burkes last Sunday, and they were very amazed/aghast at all you've been thru. I'll have to share something funny that Aunt kay said.
