So wow, I was looking at your photos cuz I miss Jakarta and wanted to see some pics and there was GYO. I was there! I was with the Perth team haha I spent 3 months in Jakarta and then went home and decided I needed to go back so I went independently to continue ministry for 2 more months! I was amazed to just run across your photos on here! It sounds like you have lead a pretty incredible life as many Jesus followers do! Thanks for posting these pictures. I hope they reach a lot of people with the message of hope and courage. God Bless!

Hi. Hope you don't mind me asking, but I'm going travelling in 10 weeks with my boyfriend and we'll be visiting Bali for 30 days. See my blog "jemandtaz" on traveljournals. I was wondering what it was like budgeting over there. We were thinking we'd be spending around £100 a week on hotels (200 USD) between us and around £60 a week (120 USD) on food and busses etc. Would you say this was reasonable? Thanks in advance for any advice you can give us, Jemma and Taz. PS - you're blog's really cool, and really inspiring!!

Julieanna, The discussion on the flt from PHL to Nash last week was one of the most uplifting conversations I have had in a long time. The pictures brought tears to my eyes. Your upbeat outlook and demonstration of faith is infectious. Your willingness to embark on this journey speaks volumes about your beliefs, courage and your faith in God. You are truly an amazing young woman and I appreciated the time we spent talking. It gave me a huge boost at the end of a very long tiring week. Hope we get the opportunity to connect again - I am working on the idea of having you present to our youth group.

Hi, Sweetie - how I love reading your journals and seeing your pictures - totally warms my heart! There is nothing to compare with knowing that my darling daughter is living a life fully for Jesus and bringing Him glory... all over the earth! I thought of you today when I read Psalm 84, "No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly. How blessed is the man who trusts in Thee!" That's Julie Anna! And her mama, too. We are SO blessed. Enjoy every minute in New Zealand as I keep you covered in my prayers and my love!

Hey there World Traveler! Just read some of your EXPLOITS for the Lord and we are both envious (in a good way) and excited for what the Lord is doing. As you minister to those He places in your path(spiritual assignments), rely by Faith on the Gifts of the Spirit to be in dynamic action in and thru you. Blessings Jack and Lee

I have your photo on my fridge "wall of fame" Julie, I am praying for you and am so proud of you - you are allowing Surgeon Jesus access to your heart, which is hard for all of us to allow. He is healing you and giving you a heart that understands. Know that you are deeply loved and missed by us in Nashville! Kate

Yo yo...I'm in Christchurch and I'm all alone so I thought I'd look at pictures from the last time I was here. It's not the same without everyone else here. Have you been back yet? Are you coming soon if not? I love it here, I am not going to want to leave in a week. Guess what? Keia is meeting me here tomorrow! Good times ahead. Anyway, keep doing what you're doing. Cheers.

Julie! Good words girl. Those were really good - kicked me in the butt! Way to be sensitive to God's call, but not the world's call. In fact, maybe I should go back and reread that entry... Love ya and keep staying strong!

Julie, I was completely mesmerized and excited when I read your story, "Pirate Adventures." Oh my gosh, those are some POWERFUL words! You are SO right. You inspire me to seek something deeper not only in the things of God but also in my relationships with others. Seeking and showcasing the TRUTH is our ultimate purpose and calling in life. You hit the nail on the head! Thank you for that. Thank you for being transparent and direct enough to share those words with all of us. I love you and appreciate all that the Lord has done and continues to do in your heart! "Onward Christian Soldier!!!"

Hey there, beautiful woman of God! Your stories are such a bright spot in my life, Julie! Thank you for the recent journal entry about Tel Aviv. You expounded so beautifully on the mission experience these past few months. I am overwhelmingly touched and blessed to know how much closer you've grown to Jesus through all of it. I have really missed you, and I've especially thought about you these past three weeks. Perhaps it's because your arrival back home is drawing near, and I am SO excited to see you again. I miss you, but I'm ecstatic about the journey you've encountered, and I cannot wait to personally talk to you about all of it. Love you lots!

You're in Israel - praise Jesus! I can hardly wait to hear about all your exploits and adventures. And I won't have to wait long... because I'm coming to Israel to see my sweet daughter!!! I know the Lord must have great plans for us, since my coming is such a miracle! Just the fact that we will be able to visit where our Savior lived, died and rose from the dead is truly awesome. We are SO blessed. See you on the 26th!

Wow, that is crazy. I just had the picture of the week and then saw this new picture that replaced mine and was thoroughly impressed. I clicked on it because it looked like a wonderful photo and wanted to see who this person was...to my surprise it was you Julieanna, whom I never even knew had a traveljournal. Thanks for telling me friend. Have you looked at ours at all? Anyway, we are all praying for you immensely here, and don't worry, you're in good hands. Dios de vendiga.
