Well dearest Jesse--
Time is very near for your return- It is
Wednesday morning in Franklin and I am just
starting my day. Violet came to stay with
us last night for a few hours. She and I
had lots of fun telling stories. She is
coming back tonight for a couple or three
nights while Brent and Ginny take Price to
college orientation at UT Chattanooga. Love
to you and hope to see you soon. Nanny and
all of her pictures and flowers sends her love

Jesse, I'm afraid you're going to cry when you leave. But don't be too sad. You have a lot to come back to. Price has been taking good care of the house and the dogs. I started Chinese lessons - Nee-how! We're going to have a lot of fun talking Chinese together! You'll have to talk French with your Aunt Ginny, though. We'll see you soon ... Love, UNCLE BRENT |

Jesse! Beautiful writing! Sounds like a wonderful time! You must be moving along well with your French if you can understand sidewalk conversations. I had my first Chinese language class last weekend. Nei-how! It's going to be pretty hard. Well, hang in there, we'll be watching for future updates! |

Jesse you are so good at your writing -- you
make things so vivid it seems that we are there
with you. It is Wednesday morning and I am
at work. We are missing you and are anxious to
see you. We are having hot weather here upper 80's. July as usual. Nannys garden is blooming
and waiting for you. LOVE pops |

Jesse-
I am so excited for you! It sounds like you are having a great time. I love your writing and can't wait to read more. We miss you so much but are glad that you are having such a wonderful experience! Violet can't wait for you to come home. She cried the other day because she misses you so much. I am excited to hear what you have to say about Arles. I went there years ago and it was beautiful. Van Gogh painted there; I think that is where he cut off his ear, but I might be wrong. Anyway, the coliseum is amazing and there is grafiti there that is a hundred years old and older.
Talk soon-
Aunt Ginny
PS Poor Uncle Brent thinks you are eating french fries and french toast and french dressing...etc! ha ha |

Sounds like you're having so much fun - wish I could share a dinner of cheese and baguettes with you! Write as often as you are able! I love you so much sweetie!
