G'day Joy from a cold Scotland - you're definately in a better place.
Glad the ice skating is going well. Elliot is off to Edinburgh to the rink this afternoon with some friends so hope all goes well and there are no phone calls as I'm heading to Glasgow shopping with Charlotte , and I can tell you that will be a mission.

The pictures look ace, Edinburgh is dark and wet bascially everything you have come to expect from November in the northern hemisphere.

Hi Joy! Sounds like you're having a great time, I'm totally jealous! Cockroaches are not fun but I suppose it could be worse (my mum advises not to walk under trees if you go to the Bush because there are spiders in them - I think she might have had a scarring experience there haha!). Keep up the journal, it's nice to hear about sun if we can't see it!

Hi Lucy, Im here working but only been here a week so really its a holiday so far! Its raining today would you believe! I didnt think to Bring an umbrella to Sydney! Will hopefully clear up for tomorrow! Hows your journalist work going?
