Hey! Hope you are feeling better! I had heard you were sick. I had told Kirschten & she was wondering if it was from the fish eyes? She is at youth camp this wk, having a blast. She is looking forward to Texas in Aug. Continue to do the Lord's work & he will truly bless you. Hope to see you soon!

Hey Jennifer! Were the fish eyes good? I hope you are having a great time. I heard that you are getting to learn sign language, if I had known that I could have loaned you a book. I am working on a new song, so when you come back you will have to stop by and see it. we miss you and we love you. Try not to eat to many fish eyes.

JEN,
I miss u. I loved the pictures. I guess you showed the pictures of the bathroom so I would appreciate the camping outdoors facilities. I laughed and thought, Oh MY Gosh, maybe camping isn't so bad!! Check your email!!!

Okay, Jennifer, tell me. Are there SNAKES in the lagoon? I can't believe that guy is STANDING in the lagoon!!! There must be a gazillion man-eating creatures in there!!! Do you have anacondas in Honduras? If you do, remember: when an anaconda chases you, do not run and do not panic. Lie down and let it eat you feet first. Again, don't panic. When it reaches your knees, take your knife and stab it in the...oops, I can't remember where you're supposed to stab it. In the neck?? In the brain?? Oh, my goodness. I'm so sorry. I can't remember where you're supposed to stab it. But if you check the Peace Corp manual, I think it tells you in there.
Love you and miss you!

Hey Jenn, it was so nice to here your voice last night and be able to talk with you (for real)....I could really tell in your voice that you are very excited about the work that God has sent you to do in Hondurus. It is amazing at how you just surrendered it all to him....and WOW the door just flew open, and look where you are today. (the desires of your heart are being fulfilled as he promised)! He is a great God. Hey, just a couple of things I wanted to mentioned, Keith found you a battery charger for your camera, just let me know who we need to get it to. Also, I just meet our new next door neighbors who have been on the mission field now for (16) years, they attend Mt. Olive. He actually knows Cheryl very well, and he will be taking a group to Hondurus in September.
Jenn if there is anything that you need please do not hesistate to ask, we will do whatever we need to do to get things sent over to you. Remember, you are in our thoughts and our prayers! I Love You...until next time - Steph.

Hello my Hondurian. It was so awesome to hear from you last night. It was kinda like, "okay I have heard from Jen now and I can make it another week." I'm in the beautiful mountains of Virginia and still of you. I even shared my sun poison and funyaking story today. When I looked up to Candlers Mountain, I thought of you. I have to find someone to hike it with me.
On a serious note, my prayer is that God will continue to open your eyes to the needs of the people and what He needs from you. You are already basically doing what He needs which is SERVING HIS PEOPLE of HONDURAS! I wish you were in the mountains with me but remember although we are not together, you are still in my heart and we are under the same nigh sky.
Love u my friend!

Good afternoon Jenn,
Read your blogs to date and I'll add blogging to my list of reasons you are so BRAVE. I'm so very excited for you and I know following where the Lord leads will satisfy the thirst that hasn't been unable to quench until now. Remember to have the child-like faith that God instructs of us (but which many of us don't practice as we should). He WILL continue to "knock you socks off" as Sara said. I'm looking forward to more of your journal entries and can't wait to see some pictures. As always, you are in my prayers my BRAVE friend. I'm so very proud of you! Love, Kim
