Hi. I'm going travelling in 10 weeks with my boyfriend and we'll be visiting Bali for 30 days. See my blog "jemandtaz" on traveljournals. I was wondering what it was like budgeting over there. We were thinking we'd be spending around £100 a week on hotels (200 USD) between us and around £60 a week (120 USD) on food and busses etc. Would you say this was reasonable? Thanks in advance for any advice you can give us, Jemma and Taz. PS - you're blog's really cool, and really inspiring!! |

It's 11:30 p.m. Got home from Kassie's playoff & discovered the laundry room a bit wet. Laurie phoned to ask if my house was ok. Her basement was underwater up to her knees.Lots of houses in Monterey were flooded. Thank God I was spared.Check out Calgary Herald on the net for stories. Don't forget the voodoo doll. Ha ha ha. Gone Surfin' .... you guys look awesome and oh so sporty ;-) !!! I am sure I would have taken much longer to get up on the board ..... especially since I think that skateboards are scary already :-)
