Aloha. Since arriving in Hawaii in Novemeber I have been working for the Hawaiian State Senate as a bills researcher for the Ways and Means committee. This has been a wonderful opportunity to gain a unique and insightful first hand look at the inner workings of state government. I'll be in Hawaii working and traveling with friends and family until July. I plan on returning to NC in August to begin teaching again for the 08-09 school year.
