Hi Jenn & Mike Glad everyone is safe as no doubt you hear what happened on August 10 regarding travelling by air. I am glad to hear you changed to coming back in September Jenn. I hope all this terror will be coming to an end, as it does give one concern for the well-fare of everyone. Don't forget to kiss the Blarney Stone will in Ireland. You will not doubt get some wonderful pictures as memories. I am listening to the concert Sir Elton John is giving at Radio City in New York..the place is packed. I really enjoy his music. He is using the students from the Royal Academy of Music and Julliard and singers for his backup. It is really a beautiful concert. Take care and I am glad Mike arrived safely and I wish him success in his teaching and I hope will keep in touch with you...see you when you get home...Love Beverley.

Hi Jenn, Hard to believe that we'll be back at the books in just 4 weeks!! My sister is leaving for a 2-week visit to Ireland today - so, to the both of you, "may the luck o' the Irish be with you!" Enjoy your travels!

Wow. Next time you go to Germany you have to pick something happy to visit so we can read about that. Last year was sad too. I'm glad you're having such a good time. You have a lot of guts to go all the way to a different country by yourself. Hopefully the rest of your time will go by nicely. Inara

Hi Jenn Sounds like you had a good time in Scotland and it is amazing the people you meet. Andrea's husband Mark was born in Edinburgh, but his family is originally from Aberdeen. On their last trip home they visited the town of Ayr, as this is where they live in Ontario, Ayr and the river Nith runs through Ayr in Scotland and also in Ontario, the rive Nith runs through Ayr and also the name of the street where they live. History is a large part of Scottish culture and I am happy you were able to have a witty Scot give you a truly cultural tour.....enjoy the next few weeks as you will be heading back to a humid environment in Toronto.....bye for now.

Hi Jenn....this is my second try sending you this message. I am glad you are enjoying your adventures and pleased you have plans for when your mother arrives. Enjoy Scotland and hope you will visit Edinburgh and see the Tattoo. Your cousins enjoyed Scotland more than England when they were there many years ago. These spam questions are confusing, I never know whether to write out the answers or put in numbers. So if you get two messages from me all the better..Have a good time with your Mum and don't forget your grandfather's birthday on Sunday. Bye for now.
