Hi, hope you dont mind me asking, how much did you pay for the hotel you arranged at singapore airport? I'm planning a rtw trip and would like an idea of how much hotels are available for in Singapore. And what hotel was it. Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to offer me, Jemma. |

Awesome trip, great journal - well done guys. Back to reality...
Was half expecting the final journal entry to have photos of Mark walking around Jericho with a clipboard, whilst wearing flip-flops and ridiculously loud shorts... |

Uncle Mark, just seen the photo on the beach at Drawaqa, not many people could get away with wearing those shorts - good on you!

We keep enjoing your journals. You are going to have some scrapbook when you finish. It must have seemed starnge to see all those 'welsh'place names cropping up. I am sure if you had gone into the darker corners of NSW you would have found another Abercynon!
The photos are great and I(Byron)have relived my trip to Australia in them. You probably did not get time to visit Bribane RFC right on the waterfront at Brisbane, we certainly do not have one like that in old South Wales.
Enjoy the last days of your trip with a flourish in New York. |

I've just been catching up on all your entries, sounds like you're having wonderful time. And am impressed with your photography skills!! I particularly like the one of a gargantuan Mark been gaped at by a teeny Vietnamese woman looking up at him totally astounded - made me laugh out loud for several minutes! Lots of love xx |

Finally had an email from your Dad telling us what you were up to - what a fabulous trip! We're reading all the Australia bits first as we plan to go in May. I think we'll skip Alice Springs this time around, based on your journal entries.
If you want to take a detour to Victoria, Canada, just let us know, we're here and have lots of space, even for a Strong Horse!Cheers, Gail and Patrick |

Thanks for arranging to send us copies of your journals. They make wonderful reading and take us back to our own travels! Looking forward to the next episodes. Take care and enjoy the rest of your trip. x |

Hi guys,
Already jealous of your amazing adventures, I am now sick with envy that you are in Oz! Glad you liked Victoria, it's a beautiful place and hope you are enjoying the buzz of Sydney. You have to do the bridge climb if you haven't already and do the walk from Bondi beach all the way round the coast, you get to some smaller really pretty beaches and the scenary along the way is pretty spectacular too.
I did try to warn you about Alice Springs!!!!
Enjoy and take care.
Bored at desk in Oxford....Sarah! xx

Don't worry bro, 30 is just a number. I am only 28. I liked the picture of you and the Getz so much that I traded your Camaro in for one. |
