Very cool pictures of Bishkek. I actually might be moving there for work, and wanted to check out how it looked like first.

Hi You don't know me but I stumbled on your website after a search on Google for photos of Bishkek. I'm coming over in September to teach for a year, it's been so nice to read that you like it there, it is very encouraging, and important to me. I hope you enjoy the rest of your stay, and enjoy the memories for the rest of your life. Take care Chris

But i'm sure that Kyrgystan is more fun than its neighbors...lol... Well...i'll keep prayin' for ya. I'm sure that God is doin' wonderful things over there both for you and for others through you. See Ya!

Haley, I get the travel bug every time I hear about your adventures in this exotic country. I am not sure what the philosophical implications regarding getting the travel bug while traveling are. I will have to see if it stays with me while I am in Hungary, Jordan and Israel over the next few weeks. Take Care!

missed you so much today. ran through some of my memories with you, and it only reminded me of just how unlikely our friendship is. well, if it's lasted this long, hopefully it can survive another year and continent apart. what is it they say?...you're only a prayer away.

i guess when the space says "your name" it doesn't really mean your name, it means MY name. it is a difficult existence having the IQ of celery. speaking of food, if anyone sends you peanut butter, i am totally going to intercept it and keep it for my own:) i can't find it anywhere either. i am, however, running my country out of cheese. by the way, you aren't trying to get all domestic with those other ingredients are you? you, a culinary wizard in the galley? wait. if i remember back to our days in the bush, weren't you able to concoct all our meals using only shrubbery and the creepy crawlies of the forest? but then i was never paying close attention because you usually kept me quite busy reknotting ropes and reassembling the tent properly. i'm just jesting, kid. hey. i just noticed the little note below this box says not to be offensive or obscene so i guess i shouldn't be typing this in my birthday suit. maybe then these hungarians would stop staring at me...and i am going to break the other rule of "only english" by signing off with "keresni foglak" which means...i'll keep in touch. love ya!
