We didn't have any funny smells in our room in Paris. You may be picking up something because you are so close to the river (unless it is one of you). Do you have the great morning breakfast buffet in this hotel? Paris was great for breakfast. Debby is due back to work tomorrow so I will get to hear all about her trip before you get back. I don't know if I can stand listening about two wonderful vacations at the same time. Keep having fun and updating us. I look forward to getting your updates and pics.

We are going to go see Thomas the Train and ride on him in Strausburg. I liked looking at your pictures of the mountains. They were nice. How good were you able to breathe on top of the mountains. "Kathy's first time in Italy" --- this is a fantastic picture because it caught all of your feelings in one look. You wouldn't be crying, would you? I hope you don't run out of Klenex before you get home. Glad to hear you have solved the driving problems. Are you going to be able to find your way to Switzerland without any cussing in Italian? Sounds like you guys are having a fantastic time. Can't wait to see all of the pics and hear all of the stories. Paris is coming up soon and that was my favorite spot. There is so much stuff to see there you will have to be up and going by 7AM and not home until midnight.

Just looked at your pics. Sure are a lot of boats and harbors there and also some very beautiful places. Sure am glad you forgot to pick me up. I would have had to take to many of my nerve pills with all of the excitement you went thru your first few days. Have you seen the movies where the clowns are having all of the problems with their car and finding their way around. There is a lot of cussing and hollering. Sounds like you two the first 24 hours. Glad to hear that things have settled down and you are down to having a great vacation and speaking to each other. Love you - have a great time.
