Loved your photos of Canyon Del Sumidero,Grand Canyon.I visted canyon del sumidero last oct doing the boat ride and hiked grand canyon in 95 and 02.Going to Argentina/Chile in 3 weeks taking in Santiago,Torres del Paine,Ushuia,Moreno Glacier,Buenos Aires,Iguazu falls. |

Hey there! This is so random. I'm really tripped out! I clicked on your photo, which is featured on the home page for Traveljournals as 'picture of the week', and recognised you!! Took me a few seconds to work it all out.... I was emailing you about this time last year getting tips on doing a YCA project in Costa Rica, and commenting that I enjoyed your photos! Since then I've been to Costa Rica, had a brilliant time, and am now living in Ireland for awhile before heading home via a few European travel spots. Still enjoying photography, as I see you are. Great to learn you're still travelling around seeing new things. How very exciting. Well, I'll quit rambling on, I'm very excited for you, though! Having a featured photo, how very cool. No more awesome gal could be found in all of the DC Hostels. I had a blast travlin' with you and I'm so glad to hear that you made it home safe and sound. Finals time at University, but once we're finished, I'll write you a big long hope you had a super awesome time on your trip email!
ALSO...remember those shoes I wanted...yes, we DON'T carry then in my state. Looks like a trip back to DC just to by shoes from Payless. Riculous.

Keep the sense of adventure, and write down your stories for later. It is great to read and share these things down the line.
