Have you ever been to Rio? I'm quite sure that it'll be your favourite Brazilian city. I don't like São Paulo very much... lol Sorry to invade your privacy, but I was searching for a word in english and the results brought me here. I still don't know what the word means, but it doesn't matter... it was interesting to read something about my country anyway. Bye! Merry Christmas!

Hi there, I want to tell you something about the people from Venezuela calling you "gringa", the meaning for gringo or gringa in Venezuela is a bit different than other parts of latin america, let's say Mexico, where it is actually an insult, but in Venezuela the word gringo is used for people that comes from other country that don't speak spanish or so, it is not meant to be an insult, sometimes people from there use that word too much is because of that, it's just like saying that you're not from any latin america country or so, so don't be that offensed :) my best regards to you pretty young woman

Hola Felicidad!!! Como estas? I'm so glad to read about someone who has been to my country. I am colombian from the city of Medellin but i now live in New York where many of my fellow colombians have come to look for more economic opportunities. I just wanted to say hello and thank you for going to my country . As you already know my country has a bad reputation and many people are afraid to go but when you read about someone who is not colombian and has gone to Colombia, my soul rejoices in gratitude. I also understand how you feel when you go home after a long trip around the world, i just came from a six month trip in Thailand and Lao and it feels a bit strange being back again..i mean i am thankful to God to see my family and friends again but its hard or strange (i am not sure what words to use)to get used to not moving from place to place, discovering new beautiful places, meeting exotic people, looking for new guesshouses and buses etc lololololololo which every true backpacker knows it's exhausting but profound feeling specially when you look out the window and you think wow "look where i am". anyway i just wanted to say hello and thank you one more time for visiting my country. Arley Te cuidas y espero que sigas descubriendo nuevos lugares en esta tierra!!! chao

Hi Fidgi, I'm so pleased you managed to get your card back. The incident with the Guatemalan man sounded quite nasty, but for some reason made me think back to the flashing incident Lynette had all those years ago! Most importantly I thought I'd let you know that the She-Wee has now got some fame over here as it was featured on Top Gear this weekend lol! Your writing style is really brill and really makes me feel like I'm there with you - I wish!!! Good luck with everything poppet and fingers crossed you manage to keep your cards for the rest or the trip S xx
