Dear Meg, Your Mom e-mailed us today with your website and we really enjoyed your Journals and pictures. Be careful mixing sun and wine. (Ha-ha). You'll have to teach us how to salsa dance. Glad you were not participating in the "running of the fools" oops, I meant bulls. Europe must be agreeing with you because you look great in the pictures. Have a safe trip home. Love, Uncle Paul & Aunt Linda

Hi Meg, Glad to hear your are having a really good time. We will all be glad to know you will be home soon. I wish I could be in Rockford to welcome you home. Pap could never make the trip, he gets too tired. Maybe he will feel better soon. I also miss seeing SEAN play hockey and baseball. Mom and Dad have been keeping me posted how well he has been playing, but we all know he is the best. Hope you have a good trip home, I most likely will call you Sunday sometime. Love you Bum

I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to write your journal. All your experiences and pictures have given me some great ideas for my R&R next month. I am a civilian contractor working in Baghdad and I have been searching for some ideas for a number of days. Finding your site was a God send. Enjoy your time in Spain and Via Con Dios.

Hi Megan! Just spent the last half hour reading your journal entries and viewing your photos. What a wonderful trip you are having! I loved the photos of the cathedrals and of your trip to France. Very beautiful! Isn't it amazing how old things are in Europe? Our coutry is still a baby! I love it that you are enjoying the sangia and wine, "That-a-girl!" I was just at a party last night and had a delicious sangria, but I am sure it was not as good as the "real" thing! I have been watching the weather in Spain and have noted the 100 degree temps! However, you still look marvelous in your photos!!!! If it is any consolation to you, it has been beastly hot here in PA, and I have not had the luxuary of eating in an outdoor cafe and having sangia with every meal! I am so glad you are having a great time. I will keep checking in to see the rest of your journals and photos. Have fun and be safe! Love ya, Aunt Sissy

Yes I'm still stuck here in Rockford, but in 45 days I'll be in Spain!!! I can't wait. I shouldn't be looking at this because I'm already counting down the days!!! I can't wait!!!

not telling (it won't be hard to figure out)
7/14/2005, hmmm...somewhere in Antarctica?, Antarctica

(I'm not really in Antarctica....quite the opposite, really. It's blazin hot in Monroe these days!!!) So...Megan, I would have been reading your entries daily had I known the link sooner!!!! Luckily I saw Justin this weekend and then got it from him via IM this evening. It's kind of late right now but I plan to read about more of your adventures soon. It sounds like you're having a blast and I'm so happy for you :) Things in MI are going well... we had the lambie picnic last weekend. Tubing was a good time (it's totally different when it's actually hot out ;) I haven't seen too many pics yet either but will scope them out intensely when I can. Topless on the beach... who is this girl? Jk, Jk. Glad to hear you kept yourself facedown (for modesty's sake, not that you wouldn't have attracted every Spaniard, no wait, Frenchie, around!) Next weekend is Jeremy's wedding (that kid should have his head examined. Can you imagine either of us married yet? I sure as hell can't.) I'm excited for that though, hopefully I get to see some ppl that I haven't in awhile. Work is good, life is good. My goal this week is to go to five classes at the gym- I've got three so far: Pilates, Butts & Guts, and Step (and I am sore.) But geez Louise, enough about me- send me an e-mail or something with a crazy story you can't put up on here :) I hope you're having the time of your life (while being safe)and know that you are being missed by me back in the States. Love ya, MOH
