Hi,

Welcome to my Mauritian Journal!

I have volunteered for the Mauritian Wildlife Foundation as a field worker for 6 months conserving the Pink Pigeon (a distant relative of the Dodo, also a pigeon).

Currently I am working with the Mauritian Fody, a small yet charasmatic passerine bird, on a restored offshore island called Ile aux Aigrette.

In 2008 I will be a PhD project assistant on Round Island, working on reptiles.

I am not up to date with my stories but feel free to browse my pics.
