Hey All,
So your trips almost at an end. Ye poor auld devils returning to the far reaches of the Northern Hemisphere!
In Sydney at the moment and loving it, sunny days, Bondi Beach and Bar B Q's what more could you want! Planning on moving up the east coast soon and hopefully get to a Neighbours party on the way back down!
It was great meeting up with ye and I'll look forward to the Oct Fest in 2007/8 and hot air balloons upon my return.
Take it easy and keep out of the garden shed!
Take care,
Ciaran |

dear both,
have been nurturing the ambition to be the last entry in the book. original plan was to write on 08/11 but as the birthday girl blew up the computer have had to wait until today to use the golf club's facilities. have followed every step of your adventure with a mixture of interest and envy but am looking forward most of all to the final chapter and your safe return. hibs and the gas are getting back to normal just in time. roll on tomorrow. |

Yet again wonderful pictures and thoroughly exciting journal. Glad to see you are getting ready for the British climate so it won't be too much of a shock. Hope you enjoy the last phase of your travels to Moscow and St Petersburg not too much Vodka!! Looking forward to see you both again soon. Safe journey. |

So boringly I am Bert from London saying Hola, have a snice day, and please call us next week before we go on our Jols to Portugal - picked up any of the lingo in Macau? Snice Tho. |

Keep trying to leave a message but keep failing...maybe this one will work. 20:20 - nice. |

Dear Helen Rachel Snaphappy Burntfish Gawler,
Many congratulations on your sensational picture of the week (w/c 19 Sep 2005: the Xingping entry entitled "20-20 vision") on the traveljournals website. Have you ever considered pursuing your photographic interest as a career when you return to Blighty?
I am in Macau just now and thinking of going gambling this evening at the fancy dan Lisboa Casino. Would you be so kind as to help me lose a few Macanese pacatas? If you do I'll waive my fee for using my thumbs.
Thanks to all the guestbookers on Burntfish. We appreciate your messages and always have a check whenever we go internetting. Looking forward to receiving some from the Clew/Bowen branch soon. OK? |

Ah yes, the famous "Burung Hantu Kuning" owl...it's where my name originated from you know. (All that talk of Belgians with twin daughters called Buffy and Zuffy was just a "kuning" ploy... xx |
