Here we go again. Another month alone in Europe!
Here's the basic plan for this trip:
- Land in Rome
- Catch a train to Ljubljana, Slovenia (the poor man's Switzerland)
- Ride the rails to Zagreb, Croatia
- Skip to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik and its white sand beaches
- Hitch a ride to Sarejevo (don't walk off the pavement)
- Slink over into Romania for a quick bite
- Back northwest to Hungary and the wonderful city of Budapest
- Catch a cattle car a little further north to Prague, drink some Absinth & go to Art Nouveau galleries
- Finally head to Berlin to see the Wall and catch a flight out. | | | |
