Parakalo everyone! Greece is amazing, its like a dirty version of itally with scribbly road signs! actually, its really nice, but its obvious the greeks dont have that italian pride. and as for the signs, the Greek language is one step above arabic when it comes to understanding what in the hell i am looking at. luckily because of the olympics, most everything has an english translation. The boat ride last night was good, so much for ferry, it was more like a cruise ship! it was huge! maybe tonight (i get back on the boat to athens) i will try the pool! or just hang out in the lounge with a million smoking greeks and watch futbol! Tommorow is my flight to santorini and i cant wait, i hope this weather holds up, its sunny and 63 degrees! perfect beach weather! | | | |

yay for free internet at the athens airport! what a day, so far i have been on a bus, a shuttle, a train, a plane, and in the next few hours a subway and a boat. at 9 pm i take a ferry to the island of crete where tommorow i will see the minoan ruins at knossos, and the archeology museum in iraklio. then tom. nite i get back on a boat and get back in athens at 6 am monday. then at noon i have a plane to thira/santorini where i finally get to change clothes and shower and just relax on the beach! i desearve it though, this is hard work! ciao! | | | |

Hi all, i am currently crippled in verona (my left heel has a bruise from so much walking) but the town which claims to be the home of romeo and juliet is really really beautiful. But i am ready to be in greece already, unfortunatly i have no where to sleep tonight, so i might just sleep in the milan airport. oh, and frommer, you suck, and your book sucks even more.
