You really crack me up I have tears running down my face about questioning the the pizza waitress in Spanish and she says she doesn't speak English. It is just the great way you tell a story. Love you, Aunt Pat

Enjoyed the pics. Looks like you're having an awesome time. I'm pretty jealous you get to enjoy the beach. It seems like it's raining here everyday now =( So how's the food?

Hi Karla, Your entries are hilarious and remind me of when I first arrived 20 years ago (except we had none of the modernities now available). When you go to Matalascañas this weekend, take a pair of water shoes so you can climb the old castle tower remnant on the beach and jump into the ocean from the high side (you have to wait until the tide comes in). To keep from getting lost in the barrio Santa Cruz, use the Giralda as your guide. To the right of it is always Plaza Nueva, and to the left and behind it is the river. As for tapas, try the montaditos (with various fillings) - they're my girls' favorites. Que lo pases muy bien!

Did you know that Seville, Spain has been known to reach 122 degrees...I now fully believe you when you say its hot there!!! I learned that last night in my 3 hour Geography class...probably the only thing I will remember! Have fun frying!!!
