Awesome story today Amy. Keep it fresh in your memory!
Be particularly careful with this cut. Lockjaw has no prior symptoms before it hits.

I empathize with your pains. Somehow I took out my back with the first Taekwondo class. I will have to take it a little easier this next class. Can't wait to see you in May, it is has been 5 months!

Amy, the visuals you are producing are priceless; almost as good as those of us tubing this summer:) If it makes you feel any better about your aches and pains, I am sore from kickboxing class and then I ran into my bed post, being I am such a genius. However, I think your pains probably top mine! Hope you are enjoying the locations which my comments are coming from as well as the One Tree Hill quote from the previous entry! Love you! Miss you!! |

Amy, Well I didn't have time to read ALL of your journal entries (you are a prolific writer!) but I so enjoyed the ones I did read. I laughed about your description of the guagua rides, etc. I am so glad I am on this journey with you. What an amazing experience we are able to have here in the DR. I hope we come across each other in the future. You have a friend in Denver! |

Way to go with the hike. You would never have forgiven yourself if you hadn't held up the brave front and done it. Way to seize the day Amy! I too wondered about the Monks? Also, note my home town? I love you Amy, and am anxious to see you in person. Way to go!!! Jo |

Did the monks go repelling and cliff diving with you guys? |

You go, girl! You are so much braver than I ever was. I'm impressed.
I'll be in AZ when you return but am looking forward to the graduation party.......and our much-delayed lunch. |

First of all Cousin Charla, I want you to note that I didn't forget about you or anything, I just spent the entire weekend at Allie's so I didn't get to leave you a comment. Second, I would like you to note that my sense of humor is still in tact (note the city and country). Third, this was another non-elimination week on the Amazing Race so it is still the final four not the final 3. Also, you remember Coach Ford, my track coach? Well he has applied to be the new head football coach at our school since ours took another job, so pray that he gets it, because he is such a great guy and is so deserving. I love reading all of your stories. It seems to me that you truely understand what Lucas was saying in One Tree Hill when he said "the journey is the destination". :)
We all love you and miss you soooooooo much, and we have left your room in tact because we can't stand to disturb "Amy's room." |
