Future Plans and Un-employment.

G'day Trendsetters,

Thought I would drop a line to let you all know how I am and all that. Well it's been over a month since I have been employed which is no drama but I am getting a bit bored now seeing as all my mates over here are at work all day. Tomorrow it will be 6 months since I touched down over here, seems like a fair while but it has flown by. I leave for Oktoberfest tomorrow too for some jolly celebrations!

I was kicked out of the pub a couple of weeks back now because apparently I had burnt my bridges which is really of no concern to me. Chris, the bloke I shared a room with also left so we have moved to north east London and sharing a room out there. Leytonstone, where we are, is a hole and thats all there is to it, end of as the poms will say.

We lost the cricket...whats doing there. It now seems every English person is a mad cricket fan...bloody band-wagon supporters. Every dynasty has to come to an end I guess, time for a shake up of the whole team I think. It's about time Warnie was knighted too, what a bloody legend.

Not all is bad sporting wise...England lost their world cup qualifier to Ireland and so now they want the coach sacked. I think there hopes of winning next years world cup are disappearing fast not that they should have any hope anyway, they haven't been world champions since 1966. I have made habit of making them aware of this also.

So yea, given all free time I have had of late I have been looking into travel options and what not, here is how it looks at present:

September: Oktoberfest
November: Two weeks in Egypt
December: Hogmanay in Edinbrugh (NYE shindig)
March: St Pat's Day in Dublin
April: A week in Turkey of Anzac day
May: A month or so touring Europe.
June: Home via Africa.

So there you have it. Thats the plan but who knows how it will turn out, a job is my first priority when I get back from Germany.

Anywho I think that is all for now, hope everyone is good as the weather at home is no doubt getting better just as it is about to get worse here.

Hooroo!

PS: Life is good.
