So I have been living and working in Butterfly valley for the past 4 or 5 days, and I am totally in love with the place. The staff is so amazing, and we all basically swim, fish, garden, play music, and hang out all day on the beach. I camp on the beach every night, hike in the valley to see the 80 species of butterflies, and do some work around the food area or clean up trash on the beach. They invited me to come back and work in October during my October break, and I think I may take them up on it. The place is amazing beyond words, so I'll stop talking about it. I spent my birthday there, which was incredible... Anyways, I must leave tommorow for Istanbul, which is sad, butalso exciting because I really want to see the palaces, mosques, museums, etc.. before going back to Israel...
