As of Wednesday, my new home will be in Friendship. School doesn't start until next Monday though. And even still, we've been told that at best maybe half the kids will show up the first week and finally slowly trickle in the second week. So much for that lesson plan. I guess Im just going to use the first week to get to know the kids because theres no point in trying to teach when Ill just have to repeat myself. So if anyone remembers those cheesy ice breakers that we did at high school retreats or if you have any of your own, please please please let me know! Remember limited supplies!
Anyhow, time's almost out here on my computer. Next time I'm going to write about how messed up this education system is. It is such a disaster. Like I said, most kids won't even show up the first week for financial reasons or lack of importance in education...I appreciate my schooling and education so much more now.
