|  | | hot and humid | | | | | Finally found an internet cafe near where we are staying. We're busy most of the day here- up early (for me) and in sessions all day. The weather has been hot and humid- to be expected. I've become one with the sweat. The food is ok. Not enough veg for me and being that there was a dead cow on the side of the road when we arrived the first day- i'm a little skeptical to eat meat. who knows where they get it?! but thats not to say that i'm going hungry in the least.
umm so far the mosquitos arent too bad, but ive been wearing repellent. we do sleep under mosquito nets which actually look like princess nets- and mine's pink! electricity is only on part of the day. hasnt really been a problem though since its been sunny. and water is only on at certain times of the day. ive been lucky to shower every day- not yet today so im praying it will still be running when iget back. even still, its just a little stream.
well thats it from me. i havent been able to change money yet so ive been bumming money off my roomate sara.
