Yesterday, 7/15.
Christine and I decided to take the day easy, as both of us were going out. One of her favorite bands was playing in town, so at 7PM she was going attend the venue. Chad and I, then, thought to tag along into Seattle and just hang around there. So we did. It was so wonderful to see Seattle again and venture on the Hill. I was very excited to be back. The Neighbours, Broadway, shops, the Space Needle, downtown, Kenneth Cole, Pike and Pine Sts., and other details about my former experience in the sleepless city. So, after few hours of getting into downtown, finding a parking spot (actually, I must say that parking seems to be a bit better than in Pittsburgh), eating at the mall. So, Christine and her friend went to the venue and Chad and I started walking towards Broadway. Visited a local coffee shoppe, checked into Stranger and couldn't find anything to go to, not due to a lack of events happening but rather how MUCH there was to do. That's what I love about Seattle because there is ALWAYS something to do. Always! Free or little charge, but it's hard to be bored in this city. After the shoppe, we walked on Broadway and just walked around the neighborhood, catching up on things. After LOTS of walking, we decided to hit a bar on the Hill. It turned out that Shane, Christine and I came to the exact same one last year. Yay! I was introduced to PBR..beer. It's okay =) and had a pint of it. Good times. Then, Christine and her friend joined us. We left at 12:20AM and drove back to Tacoma.
Today, we're going to a nightclub and plan on having a B-L-A-S-T! I will taste that paradise again, being in motion. Dancing is just SO MUCH FUN! It reminds me of my home and friends and our fun things to do. I don't know which club we'll be visiting but am sure it's going to be off da' hook. =) Especially going with C*2. Well, it's time to start a day ...
The weather keeps cool here and at nights, it drops low 70s. Cold!!!
