It's day two in this lovely city and also our LAST day in Russia. Boo to that. We went to the Hermitage today. Ohmygawd, besides the beef stroganov, this was super uber amazingly cool. I got to see all of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (minus Donatello) artwork IN PERSON. Deffinately mind blowing. We were only there for three hours though. Had the option to stay longer but my fat ass was hooongry. So as a group we trotted off to this quaint little veggie people place called The Idiot. It was tasty. After lunch we split up. The Jen's (minus the Klinger) and I went to St.Issacs and climbed to the tippity tip top of it. It was so very breath taking to see the entire city from up there. There were exactly two hundred and seventy...shit. Over two hundred stairs but under three hundred stairs to get to the top. After that Jenmummykins and I went in search for a shop listed in her guide book. We thought it would be awesome to not knowingly go the opposite way of which we were supposed to go. Took a splendid tour of the city by foot and finally ended up at the shop which was really a craptasticly closed art gallery. Oh St. Petersburg, thank you so much for showing us everything ever. Even the only black man which happened to be the door man for the Chocolate Mueseum place. After that search being a bust, we had to roll back to the apartments because we were supposed to let Ritchey in. Too bad we were a billion miles away and our feet were achey. It's a good thing those horses were hangin out by the church. Haggled with the girls who owned them and had them take us up to the metro stop so we could get home. I almost got my leg taken off by a car side mirror. It was a grand experience, riding a horse down the road and laughing my guts out for doing so. We eventually made it home fourty five min. later than we were supposed to. Sorry Jen. Cooked some dinner. I MADE CHICKEN FOR MUMMYKINS! Ironicly amazing eh? I thought so. Went to an irish pub with the crew but didn't stay long. Was very sleepy. Came home, had a short but victorious battle with the mosquitoes and passed out for tomorrow we were due to depart the mother land.

Next entry: home again home again
