Once beautiful

I arrived in Sarajevo today. Once one of the most beautiful cities of Europe and labelled "The New Jerusalem" for its religious tolerance, the city is now a shell of its former self. Dont get me wrong. Its still beautiful here, just very sad as well. The muslim influence is pronounced, and right outside of my hostel is a bazaar that has been in existence for the past 400 years. Truly a meeting point of the muslim, byzantium and western worlds.
