Finally………… leaving Auckland.
Been in the largest city/town in New Zealand for nearly 10 months, working to finance the rest of the trip, but we became lazy again with the comfortable life so ended up staying 5 months longer than we originally planned, but it’s now time to get off our fattened arses once again and head to the skies in search of new places to see and new things to do.
Even though we’ve become bored over the last 2-3 months we’ve met a lot of new friends, especially in the hostel, ranging from the despot manager (huge Dave Matthews band fan, if you haven’t heard of them before ask anyone one from North America who they are!) to very strange and snobby English people!
We will miss them but unfortunately we’ll never forget them.
