SOOO yesterday was interesting...
We went to Barcelona Sants Station and saw that there was a train to Montpellier at 11:45. So we waited for a while and wasted some time but then when we went to get on th train we realized that the list we were looking at was arrivals! So that was a big waste of time...see what can happen when you dont speak spanish??? So then we figured we would have more luck if we just went back to Cerbere..a small train station just inside France that we had gone to on the way. When we got there we just figured we'd hop on a random train that went along the osuth and see where we end up...turns out there was one leaving shortly for Avignon...a french town on the way to Nice so we hopped on it after getting some unhealthy lunch from a vending machine...little did we know all restaurants were closed yesterday becais of some crazy holiday! The train ride was long because it stopped at every little tiny town. We were really hungry when the train pulled into Montpellier station that we talked a little about getting off...then I said "fine...rock paper scissors best two out of three...i am montpellier you are avignon" after a bunch of ties i won...we started at each other for a millisecond, jumped up and scrambled to get off the train!!!LOL it was awesome!!! Random french town via rock paper scissors!! We went and checked into the hostel then went out to a nice restaurant and ordered a bottle of local wine...apparantly this region is known for its red wine. It was really good. This morning we went to a fruit market and bought some nutitious food after vedning machine dinner yesterday and we plan to hop on the train to Merseille. Then on to Nice after that.
I miss everyone! Yesterday I felt a little homesick.

Morgan and I play crazy eight countdown on the train...we have a game going...who will win the most out of the trip...so far she has won 13 and I have won 4... I dont think I am very good at crazy eight coutndown...
