Sorry its been a while... All ok here in Thailand. We left Ko Phi Phi on Friday 18th after a very satisfying 10 days. As per our previous comments, it was great to be able to help out and certainly very rewarding seeing the effect of our efforts on the local people. The shop we cleaned/painted on Tuesday was re-opened on Thursday before we left and the owners were incredibly greatful.
From Phi Phi we took a boat to Ko Lanta, an island further south - a one hour ride. We travlled with 2 Irish friends we met in PP. We have just been relaxing in a nice resort here, its really quiet but it has been good. We went diving today which was fantastic - the best diving we have done so far. Really colourful and you could see for 20m. Lots of bright fish including barracuda, tuna, angels, puffers, anenome, etc. In total we'll have been in Lanta only 4 nights and leave tomorrow/ tuesday 22nd (more details to follow...) Thailand has been great, we would like to re-visit someday, but for now our time has run out...
