Hi again!
It's Valentine's Day and my little heart is a sleep. I mean Malvina is a sleep. We have been in Melbourne since Wednesday so soon a week. We are staying with my friend Eileen and her Swedish boyfriend Tomas. I know Eileen through to my brother. She came to Sweden after he died to visit my family and we became very good friends.
Tomas, who is from Skelleftea, was VERY happy for the gift my father sent with me: surstromming.
Tomas and Eileen have a little dog, Ronja, and so far Malvinas love for her is not returned. Ronja is a bit jealous.
In Melbourne it's much cooler (except for today) and very nice! I prefer it as it is to hot for Malvina otherwise. Here we have been for a pizza with my judo mates Jens & Jocke from Lund and Jens fianc'e Liz. Jens & Jocke have done some Brazilian jiujutsu and they bet the shit out of the instructor who just had told them how much better his sport is than judo as you then can kill people on the street, a very cool guy, NOT. Well it's a very fun story that you LUGIs should ask them about one day.
Last Saturday we had a picnic while listening to an outdoor concert with Melbourne Symphonic Orchestra. We met up with my friend Andrea and her husband David. I traveled with Andrea in Chile, met her when hiking in Torres del Paine. Two Scorpion girls found each other there in the very windy mountains.
Malvina started to more seriously crawl on knees and hands last Sunday! Before she was crawling with her stomach touching the floor. Otherwise it's walking that matters! She loves it. She has also picked up how to kick a ball. And she can clap her hands, and likes waving to people. She gets friends everywhere she comes. :o)
As I might have told you before that traveling with a baby make you do a little different things or maybe more that it is less things. We went to IKEA and had a big, cheap breakfast, went swimming (she slept so I could swim some laps before she waked up and had a swim herself), visited some cheese producers and wine valleys last Sunday. Today it's time to fix a new passport. So more normal life, just in another country.
Well I hope you had a great Alla hjartans dag (Valentine).
BIG Kiss to All of You!
