I started reading a wonderful book called , : Conversations with God.” It is an amazing book and I had some wonderful quotes to write, but have since lost the quotes. I picked up vol2 . in the whole collection there are seven books. Once you pick up the book, which is when the journey begins. I felt as if God was talking to me as I read it. This book came to be at a really good time, it gave me so much. There was a part that I really liked it spoke about the feeling are the language of the soul. Your soul is your truth.

Since arriving at the Ashram I started meditation. It is all about the meditation, which my parents have been telling me for years. Everyone at the Ashram asks me.
Do you meditation?
Do you know the right way, the proper way?
How do you meditate?
Yes! They wanted me to take a class to learn proper meditation. Everyone meditations at the Ashram. Most people are Kriya Yogi. Kriya Yogi is the highest form of Yoga and once has to be initiation into it. Kryia yoga is a way to become or reach God Realization. I didn’t want to pay the money for the class and felt that I knew enough about meditation and have done it before to know how to start. The real yoga is the meditation. Medtation is something I am suppose to do and know. I fight it so much. Every morning, I would awake before my alarm and several times I tried to go back to sleep. Guess what would happen? It got really loud all the sudden or my alarm would not turn off. While being in India ,I am learning so much about Yoga and just being reinforced what I already know.

Yoga or the poses are called Asana ,are one branch of Yoga. Hatha yoga , Which is the physical form of Yoga. There are 4 other branches. Yoga is more then just going into a pose. I learned that Asana, doesn’t mean pose, but translates too. “ Where once places Awareness.” Interesting? Huh?

I met the head Swami of the Ashram. It was a very wonderful experience. Once I made eye contact with him I didn’t break it, in front of like 100 people he asked who was I and what Was I doing here? Their Ashram is so new and small. Wondering through, I kind of stand out.
