the new year started well. surrounded by merriment and music, sparklers and smiles. the resulting weeks have been helter-skelter, work becoming less stressful but none the more enjoyable, moving from the 32nd floor in Jong He to the 4th off He Ping, a night of excessive fun with brent, erik, nikki and john shotgunning beers, then heading to "chocolate and love" for absinthe and sitting outside on the couch watching brent throw wine glasses into oncoming traffic, sitting at home watching tv and eating lots of family mart spaghetti, rushing to the hospital at 3 am with chest pains and undergoing EKG, chest x-ray... everything coming back OK.. then catching a virus that rendered me bed ridden and drug consuming for 4 days... sitting totally numb and out of it from taiwanese pain killers.. getting lots of photos developed and uploaded to my site... eating subway...having 6 days left to sort out visa problems or a return to Hong Kong... and then the waiting for scott hatch to come this weekend for some fun fun fun.
